INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. What is personal data, who processes it?
Pursuant to Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698, personal data refers to all kinds of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Trend Health Tourism will be able to record, store, update, process, disclose to third parties and transfer your personal data in the capacity of "data controller" in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No.6698.

Your collected personal data is the explicit consent of the concerned person of the KVK Law (art.5 / 1)

Computers etc. used in our company within the scope of personal data processing. The data obtained by keeping log records from the devices on the system can be collected and processed in order to respond to legal requests, to audit compliance with workplace rules and to provide technical support.

Your personal data is collected verbally or in writing in forms on the website, telephone, e ‐ mail, correspondence and similar media for the legal reasons specified in this Article 2 of Lighting. Your collected personal data can be processed and transferred in accordance with the KVK Law and for the purposes specified in articles 2 and 3 of this Clarification Text.
5. What are your rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698?
To Article 11 of Law No.6698, to learn whether your personal data is deleted, to request information about it if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and to learn whether it has been used for this purpose, to know the persons to whom your personal data are transferred, to correct if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed. You have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in cases regulated by the Law and to notify the people with whom your data is shared, to object in case of a result against you by processing your data exclusively through an automated system, and to demand compensation for your damages if your data is processed unlawfully.
